What's included in this package?


Telephone consultation with Team Fit4Mii to establish your current situation and what goals you would like to achieve.
1 Recipe book with 21 meals that include breakfasts, lunches and dinners. You can choose between either Fit4Fatloss (Fat loss recipe book) or Fit4Vegan (Vegan recipe book).
1 pack of Slim4Mii fat burning supplements. These supplements work by maximising fat-burn before, during and after a workout. This product is not suitable for those with heart or Blood pressure issues. If in doubt, consult your GP, you can also message Fit4Mii via WhatsApp (button in header of site)
2 Meal4Mii (Chocolate / Vanilla) shakes. These shakes work by helping you to feel full rather than eating unhealthy snacks that keep excess weight on your body, or constantly feeling hungry whilst you reduce calories (we don't want that!). The shake is filling and more info only 99 calories when mixed with water. The Shakes are great to support you in your transition to a healthier lifestyle. Please let us know which flavour combinations you want!
1 Green4Mii shake. This shake is packed full of nutrients, vitamins and fibre. This is not a weight loss product and is suitable for long-term consumption. Live and interactive classes 3x per week via Fit4Mii app. These are home workouts - so it's lockdown -proof, and you can choose between lots of different classes e.g. boxing, Tabata, pilates, HiiT, Zumba.
If you purchase this package, we ask that you commit to achieving your goals and being honest about your habits and accountable for your progress. We can give you all the tools and we will motivate you like crazy but you have to COMMIT to your success!

4 week programmes start on the 1st and 15th of each month, and we will arrange the consultations and send you out the nutrition bundles BEFORE you start the workouts!
